L'influence de la microstructure sur l'ancrage des vortex a été étudiée dans le composite texturé YBCO. La MET a été utilisée pour caractériser les changements microstructuraux après différents traitements. Différentes contributions à la densité de courant critique ont été mises en évidence. Ainsi, les dislocations ont été associées à la contribution d'ancrage faible lorsque le champ magnétique leur est appliqué perpendiculairement. De même, les inclusions de Y2BaCuO5, les parois de mâcle et les défauts cascade créés par irradiation aux neutrons rapides contribuent à l'ancrage fort.
