Cette thèse est une contribution au développement de méthodes d'estimation de la distribution des vitesses de conduction de fibres musculaires (DVCM) par SEMG. Le cadre applicatif global du travail est la caractérisation et l'évaluation de l'état physiopathologique du muscle. Le chapitre 1 présente les bases physiologiques et les spécificités de la propagation et la mesure de la vitesse de conduction des potentiels d'action musculaires. Le chapitre 2 procède à un test systématique de six méthodes d'estimation de la DVCM musculaire ou nerveuse proposées dans la littérature.
