La Nucléoside-Diphosphate Kinase (NDK) est une enzyme qui catalyse la phosphorylation réversible des nucleoside-diphosphates en nucléoside-triphosphates. J'ai déterminé que, chez la NDK humaine mutante S120G, 1mM ATP mais pas 1-4M triméthyl amin N-oxide stabilise la structure et fonction à la forme native dans la renaturation de l'enzyme. J'ai montré aussi que chez Dictyostelium la NDK P105G est instable au pH acides et basiques, comparé à la forme sauvage. Chez Mycobacterium tuberculosis, la NDK est stable aux pH acides et basiques, mais aussi à la dénaturation par urée et forme des hétéro-oligomères avec la NDK hexamérique de chez Dictyostelium.
