The aim of this work was to study surface reactivity of silice nanoparticles through physical and chemical properties of sols and coatings. Appliatons are numerous and they are illustrated in this work by optical coating preparation for laser components and chemical gas sensor development for nitroaromatics detection.L'objectif de ce travail était d'étudier la réactivité de surface de nanoparticules de silice au travers des propriétés physico-chimiques du matériau élaboré sous forme de suspensions colloïdales ou de couches minces.
