Ce travail est concentré sur le développement et l'application de techniques pour l'analyse de réseaux biochimiques. L'objectif est d'utiliser les modifications globales observées dans les systèmes vivants pour comprendre les interactions existantes au niveau des points clés de ces voies métaboliques. Nous avons travaillé sur la détermination des interactions essentielles dans le processus d'autorégulation qui décrit le cycle cellulaire d'œufs de grenouille. Les résultats nous ont permis de faire une évaluation des effets possibles de chaque protéine sur la stabilité du réseau biochimique en question.
