The study of the morphology of natural polysaccharide solutions of controlled molecular structure is considered as the core of the development of materials decoy of biological media , based on physical hydrogels. First, we present a controlled method to obtain polysaccharides of precise molecular weights and low polydispersity or a collection of oligomers.
