Souhrn Renální akumulace radioaktivně značených specificky působících látek může být klinickým problémem při diagnostice, ale především při léčbě disponovaných malignit kvůli potencionální radionefrotoxicitě těchto látek. Jedním z cílů této práce bylo navržení vhodného in vitro modelu, který by umožňoval posuzování kumulačních charakteristik jednotlivých látek v ledvinách a hledání možných opatření vedoucích ke snížení míry zpětné reabsorpce buňkami renálního tubulu. Navržený model využívající renální OK buněčnou linii ke studiu transportních mechanismů radioaktivně značených specificky působících látek poskytuje další možnost posuzování radionefrotoxicity těchto látek.
