Comparison selected parameters of body composition 10-11 aged children from different socioeconomics regions

Název: Komparace vybraných parametrů tělesného složení u dětí ve věku 10-11 let z odlišných socioekonomických regionů Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je porovnání vybraných parametrů tělesného složení (% tuku, tukuprostá hmota, % celkové tělesné vody) u dětí ve věku 10-11 let v regionech Praha a Most. Dalším cílem je porovnání sledovaných parametrů tělesného složení chlapců a dívek zvlášť. Metody: Ke zjištění tělesného složení byla využita metoda bioelektrické impedanční analýzy pomocí přístroje BIA 2000-M. Data byla zpracována programem NUTRI Plus, IBM SPSS verze 22.0, Microsoft Office Excel. Sledované parametry byly procento tělesného tuku, absolutní množství tukuprosté hmoty v kg a procento celkové tělesné vody. Celkem se výzkumu participovalo 48 probandů ve věku 10-11 let. Výsledky: Děti z regionu Most měli průměrný vyšší podíl tuku než děti z Prahy. Průměrné množství FFM a % TBW měli vyšší děti z Prahy. Chlapci z Mostu měli větší podíl tuku než chlapci z Prahy. Chlapci z Prahy měli vyšší hodnoty FFM a % TBW. U dívek nebyly věcně významné rozdíly. Another objective is comparison the observed parameters of body composition by boys and girls separately. Methods: Body composition was measured by bioelectrical impedance analysis device BIA 2000-M. Followed parameters are the percentage of body fat, the absolute amount of fat-free mass (FFM) in kg, the proportion of total body water (% TBW). Data was processed in NUTRI Plus, IBM SPSS version 22.0 using the Mann-Whitney t-test and Microsoft Office Excel. The sample consisted of 48 probands aged 10-11 years. Results: Children in region Most have an average higher proportion of fat than children from Prague. Prague's children have more average amount of FFM and % TBW than children from Most. Boys from Most have a greater proportion of fat than boys from Prague. Boys from Prague have more FFM and TBW %. By girls were no significance differences.
