Les thymidylate kinases (TMPK) participent à la synthèse des désoxyribonucléotides. Elles se retrouvent également impliquées dans la voie d'activation de nombreux analogues de nucléosides antiviraux ou anticancéreux. Nous nous sommes intéressés aux TMPK de deux pathogènes humains qui présentent une spécificité de substrat élargie par rapport à la TMPK humaine. Nous voulons déterminer les bases structurales de la reconnaissance des substrats pour ces deux TMPK.
