Vychodiskem pro diplomovou praci, byl vyzkum a testovani hracek, u kterych zjistila svalove dysbalance mezi jednotlivymi svalovymi skupinami. Na tyto dysbalance jsem sestavila specialni treninkovou jednotku a aplikovala ji na testovany soubor po dobu ctrnacti mesicu.
