The Leisure Time activities of Families with Pre-school Children

The submitted diploma work was focused on the problems of how the families with pre-school children spend their free time. The main focus was to find out how they spend the free time in cities and towns. The main goal of the investigation was to find out what activities and actions the adults choose for the free time spent with the children, if the free time activities are affected by the environment they live in. The theoretical part of the thesis was focused on the free time of the families with pre-school children. The practical part was concentrated on mapping the situation in two locations, how far and how do the families care about spending the free time with their preschool children. Záměrem práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem tráví volný čas rodiny s předškolním dítětem ve velkoměstě a ve městě. Cílem výzkumu byl pokus zjistit, jaké aktivity a činnosti volí dospělí pro společný čas s dětmi, zda jsou volnočasové aktivity rodin ovlivněny prostředím, ve kterém žijí. Teoretická část se zabývala problematikou volného času rodin předškolního dítěte. Praktická část se zaměřila na zmapování situace ve dvou lokalitách, do jaké míry a jakým způsobem se rodiny ve volném čase věnují předškolním dětem.
