Le but de notre travail était l'étude in vitro des mécanismes d'oxydation réciproque de modèles biomimétiques de membrane mitochondriale interne, constitués de liposomes de phosphatidylcholine (PLPC)/cardiolipine (CL)/cytochrome c (Cyt c), afin de mieux comprendre les phénomènes oxydatifs susceptibles de se produire dans des conditions de stress oxydant. Les liposomes préparés par extrusion, étaient peroxydes à l'aide de la radiolyse gamma de l'eau qui permet de générer de façon spécifique les radicaux hydroxyles et superoxydes.
