Doktora TeziDoktora Tezi olarak yapılan bu çalışmada, 4-NA olarak kısaltılan 4 nitroanilin molekülü kullanılarak camsı karbon (GC) elektrot yüzeyi dönüşümlü voltametri (CV) tekniği ile modifiye edilmiş, molekülün elektrokimyasal davranışları ve özellikleri aydınlatılmıştır. Çalışmanın esas amacı olan doğal numunelerde ürenin kantitatif tayinleri için ise 4-NA modifiye GC elektrot bir sensör elektrot olarak kullanılmış ve Kare Dalga Adsorptif Sıyırma Voltametrisi (SWAdsSV) tekniği kullanılarak ürenin süt numunesinde tayini yapılmıştır.
