Dans cette thèse on étudie les effets du potentiel quantique induit par la géométrie dans la description de la dynamique quantique des systèmes quantique sous contraintes. L effet principal est l apparition des états liés. Ils se trouvent là où la courbure (élément de longueur) est maximale. Pour des géométries périodiques le potentiel est aussi périodique qui mène à une structure de bandes dans le spectre électronique. Dans la deuxième partie on étudie les symétries d un type particulier de l équation non linéaire de Schrödinger qui décrit le condensat de Bose-Einstein dans un piège optique. On a utilisé l isomorphisme entre l algèbre symplectique Sp(4) et l algèbre orthogonale SO(5) pour arriver à une description alternative des solutions...
