Corporate Training for the International Manager

The unification of Europe into a common market has escalated the demand for international managers. As the need for managers increases, more emphasis is being placed on corporate training for the international managers. In internationalism there are many managers who go abroad and are unaware of what it takes to operate a successful business as an expatriate. Many problems can be prevented if formal training is done. Organizational steps can be taken to prepare them to build a successful business. The global business puts a great demand on expatriates to work effectively both national and international. The purpose of this research is to show how organized research can enhance the opportunity for success. But it depends on the choices and objectives of the corporations and individuals as well as objectives. For the reasons stated, analysis can show where the corporation and the individual employees can accomplish through research and concludes that it takes all entities to make the international venture a success
