Add to ORKGThe Honorable William Bellinger Bulloch was born in Savannah in April 1776 to Archibald and Mary Bulloch. Of the four children born of that marriage, WIlliam was the youngest. He received the very best education obtainable in the Colonial United States. He was an excellent student and graduated with honors, attaining a Doctorate of Laws degree from the College of William and Mary. He promptly gained recognition at the Georgia State Bar in 1797.
