Les récepteurs à activité tyrosine kinase (RTK) régulent de nombreux processus cellulaire essentiel. La perte du contrôle de leur activité peut être à l origine de cancers. Le sujet de ma thèse s est porté sur la compréhension des mécanismes d activations physiologiques et pathologiques du RTK anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) et leurs impacts sur sa localisation subcellulaire. ALK est un récepteur neuronal dont les rôles physiologiques ne sont pas élucidés. ALK est également impliqué dans la formation de neuroblastomes, suite à des mutations activatrices.
