L objectif de ce travail a été d obtenir de manière fiable et reproductible des films en polyuréthane fonctionnalisés par le complexe Antithrombine-Héparine (ATH) et d étudier l interaction cellule endothéliale/surface. Nous avons étudié en premier lieu l interaction spécifique entre l Antithrombine et l Héparine ainsi que la formation du complexe ATH sur des films polymériques modèles (en poly butylméthacrylate (PBMA) et en PBMA-Hépariné). Notre approche a consisté à fonctionnaliser, par la suite, les films en polyuréthane par le complexe ATH, à les recouvrir d une monocouche de cellules endothéliales afin d étudier, par Spectroscopie d Impédance Electrochimique (EIS), les variations des mesures électriques en relation avec les changements...
