Introduction : Disprescribe is a drug (or no) prescription voluntary stop. What are the reality, decisive factors and brakes of this behaviour at general practitioners level ?Practical and methods: Descriptive survey with question paper, carried out with 100 isarian (from the Oise department) doctors; from February to May 2011. Result s: 62 question papers were exploitable. Only 37 % of the general practitioners declared that they often disprescribed , or as much as possible. 95% of the doctors justify their act to the patients. The disprescriber profile would be a doctor practicing for more than 30 years, in countryside , and allowing less than 120 treatments per week.
