International audienceOBJECTIVE: L-Thyroxine-suppressive therapy benefits high-risk differentiated thyroid cancer patients by decreasing recurrence rates and cancer-related mortality. However, fully suppressed serum thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) implies a state of subclinical hyperthyroidism (SCH) with associated adverse cardiac effects.
