The term breech delivery: a comparison between two practices and their neonatal and maternal results. In 2000, the Hannah's study, based on worldwide data, has claimed that the choice of a normal spontaneous vaginal delivery in the case of a breech presentation resulted in more neonatal mortality and morbidity rates than the caesarian. Since then, many maternity hospital systematically favor this surgery when facing the breech presentation. My thesis is a comparison between Necker and Port-Royal maternities of neonatal and maternal results in the case of term breech presentation delivery.
