Among the most widely used, one may cite (in chronological order) Tree-Adjoining Grammar (TAG) [Joshi et al., 1975], Lexical-Functional Grammar (LFG) [Bresnan and Kaplan, 1982], Combinatory Categorial Grammar (CCG) [Steedman, 1987], or Head- driven Phrase Structure Grammar (HPSG) [Pollard and Sag, 1994].
