There is significant change occurring within the broadcast industry and the business is encountering external challenges, and also new prospects, arising from the convergence of related industries and technologies. Simultaneously, this business sector is transitioning from the linear processing of assets (audio, video and text based material), to non-sequential procedures based upon digital technology.
