Couplages hydromécaniques en milieu poreux non saturé avec changement de phase. Application au retrait de dessiccation

The target of this research is to set up a unified and coherent working frame basing upon the rigorous principles of thermodynamics and making it possible to modell a large class of physical phenomena acting in unsaturated porous media, as well as the related interactions with the mechanical state of the structures. This class corresponds to reactive phenomena among which one finds the phase change (desiccation) for which the whole of its subsequent actions (creep but essentially shrinkage) is modelled and which will be treated as a specific application example. The first chapter recalls the bases of the adopted description of the porous medium as well as the global thermodynamical frame which underlays the whole modelling. Chapter II deals with the -mainly new- formulation and the identification of a non linear elastic constitutive law of the medium involved. Various reflexions elements related to the microscopic behaviours of the components and to experiments have orientated the modell towards some more limitative hypotheses making it possible to have a complete and explicit determination of a law for the macroscopic behaviour. Chapter IV and V are examples of application: chapter IV studies the problem of shrinkage and creep in a coupled linear elastic behaviour. Chapter V is limited to the case of shrinkage treated by a numerical application of the whole non linear elastic modell. The results obtained are in good agreement with the corresponding experiments.Ce travail cherche à élaborer un cadre théorique unifié et cohérent, fondé sur les principes rigoureux de la thermodynamique et permettant de modéliser une classe étendue de phénomènes physiques intervenant au sein des milieux poreux non saturés, ainsi que leur interaction avec l'état mécanique des structures. Cette classe est celle des phénomènes réactifs, parmi lesquels le changement de phase de l'eau interstitielle (dessiccation), modélisé dans l'ensemble ses manifestations (fluage, mais surtout retrait) sera abordé comme exemple particulier d'application. Le premier chapitre rappelle les fondements de la description adoptée du milieu poreux, ainsi que le cadre thermodynamique qui sous-tend l'ensemble de la modélisation. Le chapitre II s'attache à la formulation -essentiellement nouvelle- et à l'identification d'une loi de comportement élastique non linéaire du milieu. Différents éléments de réflexion liés aux comportements microscopiques des constituants et à l'expérience, orientent le modèle vers certaines hypothèses fortes qui permettent la détermination complète et explicite de la loi de comportement macroscopique. Le chapitre III expose les différentes expériences à disposition pour l'identification de la loi de comportement, et permet d'intégrer ces expériences, en tant que caractéristiques comportementales, dans le modèle théorique. Chapitre IV et chapitre V sont des exemples d'application : le chapitre IV étudie le problème du retrait et du fluage de dessiccation en comportement couplé élastique linéaire ; le chapitre V se limite au cas du retrait de dessiccation, par application du modèle poroélastique non linéaire complet. Les résultats obtenus présentent une bonne adéquation avec l'expérience
