The thesis examines the current anti-trafficking framework with particular emphasis on the development of human rights protection. The study analyses legal responses to human trafficking at 2 levels: International and National measures. The research is structured into 8 chapters, proceeding from general background of human trafficking to the development of the framework of human rights protection. From the literature review, it is found that human trafficking is a multi-faceted problem, which needs a more comprehensive approach to tackle it.
