Laue microdiffraction is a powerful technique to characterize the intragranular elastic strain field at the scale of micrometer. Although a standard procedure extracting elastic strain and crystal orientation from Laue image has been well-established, it can suffer from two sources of uncertainties: the determination of peaks' positions and the sensitivity to calibration parameters.
