IMCET - IEEE International Multidisciplinary Conference on Engineering Technology, Beyrouth, LIBAN, 08-/12/2016 -This paper presents the integration of different sub-modules in order to simulate the traction control of a twowheel driven electric vehicle. The vehicle is powered by a Hybrid Energy Storage System (HESS). The HESS is composed of a Li-Ion battery, and a high speed Flywheel Energy Storage (FES). The electrical power generated by the FES highly strongly depends on the power demand (available torque and speed) and on the flywheel torque control method.
