Premature resignation of novice teachers, so called attrition, remains taboo in education, nevertheless, yet the profession seems to be victim of this phenomenon increasingly. Indeed, the early years of teaching practice are often made of hard times. Obstacles to overcome, complicated conditions of exercice and lack of recognition of its work, are so many components which can drive the novice teacher to disengage itself from its task, and eventually give up its career.
