cited By 0International audienceThe mechanical relaxation characteristics of in-situ Ti48Zr20V12Cu5Be15 metallic glass matrix composite with dendrites reinforced are investigated by using mechanical spectroscopy. An abnormal internal friction behavior below the glass transition temperature is detected. Considering the irreversible feature and based on the transmission electron microscopy analysis, the abnormal internal friction behavior is mainly induced by the precipitation of nanocrystals in the dendritic phase.
