L'ultrastructure de spermatozoïdes matures de deux nématodes enoplides marins - #Enoplus demani$ et #E. anisospiculus$ - a été étudiée par microscopie électronique à transmission. Les deux espèces possèdent des spermatozoïdes bipolaires. Les cellules spermatiques sont douées d'une motilité amiboïde et sont divisées en un pseudopode antérieur et une partie postérieure conique, rigide, remplie d'organites. Le cytoplasme du pseudopode contient seulement le réseau fibreux du cytosquelette. Chez les pseudopodes de #E. anisospiculus$ de nombreuses vésicules tubulaires ont été observées.
