Bioactivity-directed fractionation of the MeOH extract of the stem barks of #Rollinia emarginata$ resulted in the isolation of six compounds, four acetogenins, rolliniastatin-1, sylvaticin, squamocin, and rollidecin B, one lignan, lirioresinol B, and an oxoaporphine, liriodenin.
