Transformation des pratiques organisationnelles, le cas d'une ETI

International audienceWe wish to contribute to both disciplines Information and Communication Sciences and Management Science by analyzing the impact of information and digital technologies on organizational strategies. We use two methods, the five forces of Porter and the matrix of change, to carry out this diagnosis. The first method is used to determine the organization’s competitive environment. The second method is used to anticipate the interrelations between actual and forthcoming organizational practices. Our case study concerns the digital transformation of an intermediate-sized company. We analyze the changes of organizational practices while facing a competitive environment and the digital variability.Nous souhaitons contribuer aux disciplines des Sciences de l'information et la communication et des Sciences de la gestion en nous intéressant à l'impact des technologies de l'information et du numérique sur les stratégies des organisations. Nous nous servons de deux méthodes, le principe des cinq forces de Porter et la matrice du changement, afin de mener ce diagnostic. La première méthode sert à déterminer l’environnent concurrentiel dans lequel une organisation opère. La deuxième méthode est utilisée pour anticiper les interrelations entre les pratiques organisationnelles existantes et à venir.
