Prise en charge obstétricale des femmes conductrices d’hémophilie : étude rétrospective au Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Caen entre le 1^er janvier 2003 au 31 décembre 2019

Introduction: Haemophilia is one of the haemorrhagic diseases linked to a genetic factor VIII or factor IX deficiency. Pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum are periods at risk of bleeding for women haemophilia carriers (HC). Objective: Make an inventory of obstetric care of HC at Caen University Hospital. Materials & methods: retrospective monocentric study on 29 patients with haemophilia A or B at Caen University Hospital from 2003 to 2019. Results: there was a significant difference in obstetric care according to fetal sex and compared to the Nantes University Hospital. There was no significant difference in obstetrical care according to the severity of conduction within the CHU de Caen. Discussion and conclusion: The publication of the national treatment protocol seems to be an essential tool for standardizing obstetrical care of these women, particularly in per-partum.Introduction : l'hémophilie fait partie des maladies hémorragiques liées à un déficit génétique en facteur VIII ou en facteur IX. La grossesse, l’accouchement et le post-partum sont des périodes à risque hémorragique pour les patientes conductrices d’hémophilie (CH). Objectif : faire un état des lieux de la prise en charge obstétricale des CH au CHU de Caen. Matériel et méthode : étude rétrospective monocentrique de 29 patientes conductrices d’hémophilie A ou B au CHU de Caen entre 2003 et 2019. Résultats : il y avait une différence significative de la prise en charge selon le sexe fœtal et avec le CHU de Nantes. En revanche, il n’y avait pas de différence significative de la prise en charge selon la sévérité de la conduction au sein du CHU de Caen. Discussion et conclusion : la parution du Protocole National De Soins paraît être un outil indispensable pour uniformiser la prise en charge de ces femmes, en particulier en perpartum
