English abstract Introduction: Temperature regulation in preterm infants, especially below 30 weeks gestational age (GA), is a risk factor for complications, caused by temperature fluctuations. Literature about applied interventions by neonatal nurses regarding temperature regulation of preterm infants is lacking and no guideline exists at the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) under study.
