In today’s society the number of self-employed people is rising (Kösters, 2009). Especially women increasingly start their own business in order to improve their work-life balance, which is defined as “satisfaction with fulfilling the personal goals in both the work and life domains, by being able to use appropriate means” (Campbell Clark, 2000:751).
