The purpose of this paper is to report a case of a lobular capillary hemangioma potentially induced by high levels of testosterone in a 15-year-old male patient. The patient presented an asymptomatic reddish nodule of one cm in diameter, pedunculated on the upper labial mucosa. He had grown 10 cm in height within a period of six months, with laboratory tests revealing high levels of testosterone. Surgical excision of the lesion and histolopathological analysis were performed, which was compatible with lobular capillary hemangioma. A significant recurrent lesion was observed within 30 days from the surgery date, in which a second surgical excisional procedure was performed. No additional recurrences were observed in the following six years. ...
