International audienceIntroductionMerkel Cell Carcinoma (MCC) is a rare aggressive skin cancer, mostly affecting elderly patients. Until recently, patients with advanced disease were treated with cytotoxic chemotherapies despite rapid chemoresistance and high toxicity.
