ANALISIS KINERJA PERUSAHAAN BERDASARKAN PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN BALANCE SCORECARD (STUDI KASUS PT. LADANG KARYA HUSADA SURABAYA)

This study aims to improve the performance of the company implementing Good Corporate Governance at PT. Ladang Karya Husada Surabaya and analyze the company's performance in 2018-2019 which is measured based on the Balance Scorecard. The results of this study indicate that PT. Ladang Karya Husada applies the principles of good corporate governance. This is the application of the principles of good corporate governance in most of the company's activities. The results of performance measurement based on the Balance Scorecard from a Financial Perspective indicate the performance appraisal of PT. Ladang Karya Husada is not doing well based on the calculation of the ratio of CR, ROE and ROA. The pandemic impacted by 2019 Covid-19 resulted in the company experiencing a decline in sales and resulting in substantial losses. Non-Financial Perspective on the performance of PT. Husada's Field of Work based on the perspective of customer satisfaction with poor classification. The perspective of internal business processes indicates a good classification from the results of the MERR calculation at the presentation level which is quite good. The Learning and Growth perspective shows good classification. In calculating the value of Employe Retention and Absenteeism, the classification is good.
