PENGARUH CYBERLOAFING TERHADAP PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF PADA KARYAWAN

Innovative work behavior is one measure of the extent to which a company or organization can develop well. At this time there were many changes in life and work, where employees were required to have creativity and innovation. This creativity and innovation is also supported by the development of digital technology. With the rapidly advancing digital technology, this can trigger cyberloafing. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of cyberloafing on innovative work behavior among employees. This type of research is non-experimental quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling on employees who work as supervisors. This research uses a cyberloafing scale and a scale of innovative work behavior. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate a value (F value = -0,001; P> 0.05) which means that the result is no effect of cyberloafing on innovative work behavior
