Plan BThe Department of Defense (DoD), United States military, and Bravo Company specifically seek to reduce sexual harassment and assault in the military, with the ultimate end goal to eliminate these behaviors. All employees need to be educated and trained on identifying and reporting sexual harassment and sexual assault as well as bystander intervention, prevention work, and victim support. The DoD has continuously worked to cultivate a military culture that is free from sexual harassment and sexual assault.
