Das Affandi-Museum in Yogyakarta, Indonesien ist eine in den 1970er Jahren errichtete Gebäudegruppe, in der die Werke des zeitgenössischen Malers Affandi ausgestellt werden. Die hohen Temperaturen und die Luftfeuchtigkeit des tropischen Klimas wirken sich negativ auf den Zustand der Gemälde aus und führen zu einem unbehaglichen Innenraumklima und hohen Kühlbedarf. Das Institut für Kunstgeschichte, Bauforschung und Denkmalpflege der TU Wien, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta, hat eine umfassende Bauaufnahme und Zustandsdokumentation mit einem Laserscan-Modell des Museums durchgeführt. Außerdem wird an der Donau Universität Krems eine Strategie zur nachhaltigen Konservierung der Gemälde und Zeichnungen entwickelt...
