Transurethral prolapse of ectopic ureterocele was seen in a 3-year-old girl. After uncapping of the ureterocele, remarkable reflux appeared to the upper ureter and kidney of duplication seen on the left side. Heminephroureterectomy was performed six months later and a complete cure was achieved
