A case of solitary pelvic kidney with neurogenic bladder dysfunction with vesicoureteral reflux is presented. The patient was a 15-year-old boy with sacral vertebral dysplasia and hare-lip, and he has been complaining of recurrent fever episodes and urinary incontinence since 11 years old. Renal anomaly was confirmed by DIP, CT and angiography, and grade IV vesicoureteral reflux was demonstrated by voiding cystourethrography. On cystometrography, low compliance bladder which had a 70 ml capacity on first desire to void and 90 ml capacity on maximum desire to void was observed.
