This report focuses on the planning and implementation of therapy for the severely mentally retarded people in Japan through horticultural activity programs. By the result of first assessment, Short and long aim and tasks were set, after then, session was revaluated by description every time and numerically assessment which indicate point of cognitive, skill, psychological, and social skill areas. Positive results are obtained by this method of close instruction or make changes, or modify the plan and, as necessary, and to continue using gardening as a therapy.
