Coronary luminal dimensions change during the cardiac cycle. We developed a novel deep learning (DL)-methodology for end-diastolic frame detection in IVUS and compared its efficacy against expert analysts and a previously established methodology using electrocardiographic (ECG)-estimations as reference standard.
