Belted dress

Evening dress of ice blue and creme crepe. Bodice of ice blue, sleeveless, with wide neck blouson bodice. Snaps down center back to skirt, zipper picks up from waist down several inches. Floor-length attached narrow skirt is blue at top, and cream from just below waist to hem. Attached sash of ice blue crepe, with long ends which trail almost to hem. Attached inner cream lining/slip, thin net at top, heavier material for skirt.
