This research aims to detect the influence manipulation of real activities through cash flow operations for the dividend payout ratio. The population of this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling method is used to collecting data and 41 companies as samples are collected . Testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis method with the help of Statistic R. The result of this research showed that manipulation of real activities through cash flow from operations have a postive influence on dividend payout ratio
