Efekat končanja pređa na neka svojstva komfora

The compressive nature of textile fabrics is known to be a significant factor influencing tactile comfort. In addition, the transport of the heat through the fabric is considered to be the major factor in thermal comfort. Since the thermal behavior of textile fabrics is highly correlated with thickness and porosity, the changes in bulk density of the fabric caused by the compression force would change the heat flux through the fabric. The operation of yarn folding modifies the existing single yarns to an appreciable degree by combining them together. Therefore, in this study the interaction of thermal and compression properties of textile materials was analyzed from the aspect of the operation of yarn folding. Two jersey knitted fabrics were compared, both knitted under the same conditions, the first produced from the single hemp yarn, and the second one produced from the two-folded hemp yarn. The knitted fabrics exhibited comparable thermal properties. The differences in their compressibility indicated that the reduction of thermal conductivity under the compression force is more likely to be higher for the knitted fabric consisted of the folded yarn. Since the resilience of the knit made from two-folded yarn was comparable to that of the single yarn counterpart, similar permanent changes in thermal behavior of these knits could be expected.Mekoća ili kompresibilnost tekstilnih materijala predstavlja važan parametar taktilnog komfora. Pored toga, sposobnost tekstilnih materijala da prenose toplotu smatra se ključnim faktorom toplotnog komfora. Budući da postoji značajna korelacija između toplotnog ponašanja tekstilnog materijala i njegove debljine i poroznosti, promena gustine materijala pod dejstvom kompresionog opterećenja sigurno vodi ka promeni toplotnog fluksa kroz materijal. Operacijom končanja se kombinovanjem jednožičnih komponenata u značajnoj meri modifikuju svojstva pređe. Zbog toga je u okviru ovog rada analizirana interakcija toplotnih i kompresionih svojstava pletenina sa aspekta uticaja operacije končanja pređa. Poređene su dve varijante glatkih DL pletenina, jedna izrađena od jednožične pređe a druga od končane pređe od konoplje, proizvedenih u kontrolisanim uslovima. Pletenine su okarakterisane sličnim toplotnim svojstvima. Razlike u kompresibilnosti pletenina su pokazale da bi smanjenje toplotne provodljivosti tokom kompresionog opterećenja bilo izraženije kod pletenine izrađene od končane pređe. S obzirom na približne vrednosti elastičnog oporavka pletenina, mogu se očekivati trajne promene u toplotnom ponašanju sličnog intenziteta za obe varijante pletenina
