Broad Band Noise of monoclinic TaS_3 and NbSe_3(EXPERIMENTS ON MX_3 COMPOUNDS, International Symposium on NONLINEAR TRANSPORT AND RELATED PHENOMENA IN INORGANIC QUASI ONE DIMENSIONAL CONDUCTORS)

この論文は国立情報学研究所の電子図書館事業により電子化されました。The first observation of non-linear conductivity and broad band noise associated with the non-linear conduction in monoclinic TaS_3 are reported. The results of broad band noise measurements in NbS_e, are also reported for comparison. The number of degrees of freedcm for the CCW motion was estimated from the analysis of the results of broad band noise measurements. The result surprisingly indicates that about 10^/cm^3 of degrees of freedom exist in both of monoclinic TaS_3, which is semiconducting at low temperatures, and of NbS_3, which is metallic
