Students of Springfield College and original Reports of their Army Record during World War I

These are cards that list the Army record of students in the International YMCA College, now known as Springfield College, during World War I. The cards start with two typed pages taken from the World Service 1919 Convention Edition", according to what is written on the card, publication that lists a breakdown of students who attended Springfield College, or trainings at Springfield College, and where they serviced. This included Military Service, YMCA War Work, and SATC (Student Army Training Corps). The rest of the cards contain handwritten information including the name of the student or man listed, his home address, information about length of service, where the student trained or service and when did they enter the college. There are also questions about money received towards education. Some cards have names and information written on back that contain information on a different student from that on the front of the card. Not all cards had writing on back. Cards that did not have writing on back were not digitized. There are a total of 221 digitized pages in this document. The cards were not fully transcribed, but all names have been transcribed as close to how written and placed in the description field for each page.The cards were digitized in the order they were found, and are not in any identifiable order.
